Technical Skills
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SalesForce, Adobe In Design, Acrobat, Photoshop, QuickBooks is a plus
- College Degree in Business preferred

- Ability to assess and prioritize the fluctuating demands of each work day
- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously

General Job Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Enter incoming orders into the system to create Sales Order
- Work with Sales Team to gather all pertinent information to process the order
- Create Jobs from Sales Order and assign physical tasks to the Jobs for production
- Calculate and schedule shipping logistics for each Job
- Data Maintenance
- Create and set up new accounts in SalesForce
- Maintain data integrity by making changes and updates as needed
- Proofing & Plating
- Proof all art for data, spelling and grammar accuracy
- Communicate any revisions to the Graphics Department for correction
- Check art plates back to proof and confirm that all information matches prior to sending plates out to Production to print
- Create samples from proof and submit to Sales Reps for approval and sign-off
- List Data & Reports
- Set up Universe and Segments for new clients
- Pull zip counts based on parameters specified in the Sales Order and Jobs
- Ensure that proper suppression files are applied prior to ordering lists
- Run lists through NCOA and FTDP to generate mailing report
- Check reports for accuracy and submit to Sales Reps for approval and sign-off
- Tracking Numbers & Telemarketing
- Pull local or toll-free tracking numbers for ads and test numbers to ensure proper routing
- Monitor the expiration dates of each campaign and remove tracking number on the last event day
- Identify Jobs that require Telemarketing and send Purchase Orders to vendor
- Communication & Scheduling
- Attend daily Production meeting and discuss all urgent or time-sensitive orders
- Notify freight vendors of expected daily shipments and schedule pick-up times
- Request expedited shipping quotes for rush Jobs and work with Production to accelerate production time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
